5 steps to start committing to change.
In my other articles, I have said that to start something is half the battle. Today I’m going to talk about the other half. What is to come after we start our journey? How do we keep up the pace we started with? One thing you will have to be ready all the time when you are about to start something is Frustration. What is frustration, and how does it impede our path? Frustration is a feeling that wants to bring us to our knees, to stop whatever we’ve started.
