              Let me start today by asking one simple question                        “Are you doing the things that you want to do?”   Before rushing to answer the question, let’s take a deep breath and calm our mind for a moment … now, what are your wants? We all have got to answer this question before moving on to the primary question (which is literally a yes or no question).                                   3. Day to day activities.         In general, we human beings are living considerably different way of life. The activities of a person these days are unlikely to include, gathering and hunting for food. Instead, they are likely to incude watching TV, shopping, driving a car, eating in a restaurant and other common practices done by the today’s world.         As I have mentioned in the earlier posts, our way of life is the main reason for the countless problems we’re encountering today.
