Why do we think there is so much wrong in our lives and 3 ways on how we get rid of these questions.

Why do we think there is so much wrong in our lives and how we get rid of these questions.

Many people are coming to ask this question in increasing number. True, people don’t usually say it with their mouth, but wonder deep in their head.
When we come across such thoughts, we have to realize that life isn’t an easy road. It may seem to us that others life may have little or no problem. We usually start to think like this when we pass through tough times and our internal strength is up to the test. I hope the following tips will try to help you realize that there’s so much good stuff with in our lives than we have ever imagined.

1.    First be grateful – for everything.

This should be the first and foremost steps in our path to finding any value within our lives. It’s very easy to forget what we have; seriously it’s very easy. Just being alive by itself is a wonder. To remind you just some and I repeat some of the out looked facts of life, read the following points.

a.   Your life is yours and no one elses.

Our lives may not look the like the ones we see on the TV or the cinema. People may sometimes be sad to leave a very interesting movie or book when it ends. This is because we know that we’ll never meet or live with them in our lives.
But hey! We’ve forgot that we are the planners of our lives yes we. We always live the way we want. It may seem a paradox, for most people are wanting to live a different life than the one they are living now.  But we also have to notice that they themselves are the ones who decided to stay put so that they won’t be stigmatized by those around them. The fear is so strong that they aren’t able to move towards the objective they want to reach.

b.   Good times and bad times come and go. That’s a Must.

We may have wished not to meet sadness or anger through our lives and live happily ever after. But the thing is we can’t be happy without seeing misery. Seems awkward right? But give it a thought. If we sat on a comfy chair all day will we be happy with the comfort all day? Definitely not. Leaving out any external distractions, we’ll only be glad for the first few moments and then we will GET USED TO IT. That is right, happiness is kind of relative. Imagine a man coming out of a tight crowd. He’ll of course be glad to get relief. But he won’t feel that way forever. He’ll have to get more and more things that he believe will make him feel better by taking away all things that are tiresome or boring. That is why they say man’s wants never end. Actually this isn’t a new fact but had been noticed by ancient scholars who had postulated that the only way to get a long lasting happiness was to limit our want and of course Work. It shouldn’t necessarily get us some income but should wear ourselves out or in other words make us physically tired. After a hard work, useful perhaps; treating ourselves with even the simplest things will give us a big dose of satisfaction therefore more smiles.

c.   Let’s think for a moment that there are people under the worst conditions but haven’t stop smiling.

This is not just an old trick to comfort our brains, but is a fact. You should realize that there are people with meager meals each day or some terminal disease at the end of their lives but are happy for every moments of their living. These people have an indescribable strength of character. It’s always good to learn from others who we may neglect but have a hidden treasure they would like to share. We must always remember that we don’t only live to survive but also because we have so many dreams in our head that we have to make true.

2.   Accept the fact that not everyone is bad or evil.

We know that there are people who are really kind to those around them. We may have friends or family members that are like these or maybe not, but the thing is that there are people like them.

Unfortunately everyone can have a bad day and anyone can turn into a madman. When we start to have these thoughts in our head and those who we depend upon give us their backs, we’ll easily forget all the good things about them and start to focus only on the bad and negative thoughts and soon our situation start to get worse and worse. We of course don’t want this kind of outcomes, do we?
Therefore we’ve to be careful with what we say to our friends and family. What has left our mouth will never come back.

3.   We can change any situation we are at any time by simply starting to change our thoughts.

It’s said that thought is the father of all action. Therefore no matter desperate we’re at the moment we can be sure with ourselves that we’ll survive this depression and survive it being victorious. We have to remember that it’s Good day’s duty to follow the bad and vice versa.
Therefore to round things up, don’t be fooled by thinking that you are the only one passing through tough times and that as long as you believe you’ll survive you will!
