       How to master your health through your thoughts !       At first it seems illogical to say that our thoughts control our body health. “What is this person talking about?” one can ask “will I have 6 packs or lose a dozen pounds just by thinking? Now this is hilarious!” Yes it may not seem right but … it does.       How on earth? Now let’s step back and imagine a very normal man in today’s world. Let’s call him YENO.
