Why do we miss on fearing out?

It seems to rule everyone. When it appears, we all start cramming to make ourselves well informed. You might be wondering, what it is that makes us panic to the excess? Well I’ll say it is the fearing of missing out. Why do we fear on missing out? It might be responded differently but I’d argue that one core unites all responses. Let’s see it down from an individual perspective.
[I’m me. I know I’ve only this life to live and I’ve to make the most of it. I’ve weaknesses but I hope my strengths will overcome them. I don’t like it when I miss out on something important. It feels I’ve been cheated by fate and I’m the unluckiest person. When I grab on something most people don’t get, I feel proud and important but sadly it won’t last.]
I do believe we all feel this way one way or another. From my experience, it’s important to utilize the opportunities we can get, but this raises the question “what things should we spend our time with?” I believe perhaps that this is very important! When deciding on those big decisions which require from us a very large effort and often a large chunk of our time (sometimes it might require us to put our lives into it), we should be very careful on the things we want. We must therefore put immense time and effort to make our dreams come true.
“What you think all the time
                Will manifest into a reality”
I love this quote. Not because it makes me comfortable into thinking;   “Oh God! If this works I will get the car I’ll die for or that fancy villa over the hill .......”
But because if you dig a little deeper, it’s telling us for an idea to stay in your mind for a long period of time, you should be working towards it all the time and vice versa if you hold an idea in your for long either you will
1.    Continue day dreaming and allow the burning desire to get it fade and therefore brushing the idea out of your head or (Here comes the good part!)
2.   Start executing the idea so that it can stay in your head and when it does it pushes you even further.
So the idea still retains as long as you are having the idea in your head you can’t control yourself to do it. I can tell you this for sure because it had worked! (Trust me it did), but for this it requires an awful amount of determination, planning and hard work.
Once we have realized that we do want to plan our journey and are willing to pass whatever is thrown our way; we will be invincible. But to realize all this potential in us, as I’ve mentioned earlier we need determination and determination doesn’t just come by. We need a frame work within us, and it is this framework itself which is going to guide us on choosing the things we want to pursue from what every follower is choosing. To do that we need a deep sense of ourselves and understanding who we really are. And I think this is the challenge we have to accept if we’re going to push on. I hope these tactics will help you know what you want and be free from influence on deciding your journey without the fear of whisking out.

1.    Let’s go the old way; what are your passions?

I know this thing is becoming a cliche in my blog and so many others but I have a good reason for this but I also urge my readers to be careful of not becoming inflexible. Let me make this clear; if we’ve nothing in our life we do not passionately love, we aren’t really living life. I am in no way saying we need fancy goods to live life. But wherever we’re existing, we should have at least one beacon of hope that makes us keep going. The poorest beggars may be living life if they’ve friends, family or even a little puppy that makes their heart fill with light of hope that tomorrow is a better day and things aren’t that bad as long as they’re together. They might have a routine of walking or people watching alone that gives them a sense of being. No matter what it’s if we don’t believe that the thing we do or the people we’re around us are invaluable and can’t be changed for all the money in the world; THAT IS NOT LIFE !!!
I may’ve got a bit emotional but when you seriously think about that it’s worth being. So I hope you’ve grabbed what I’m saying. Simply we need passion to live and for that reason what we should do must be full of passion. But should we follow our passion blindly & trust them in making our big decisions?

2.   In what way can you achieve personal satisfaction with your passions?

As I’ve mentioned earlier, following your passion blindly feel that we’re not living in this world; that we are being unrealistic. Guess what, you’re not the one feeling that way. Our passions may seem to us a kid thing & if we follow them we’ll be imbeciles. But I can assure you, if you do what you like it will give you the courage once you fail. Isn’t it better to rise and fall for the things you’re passionate about than for the things you don’t?
So coming to our point, I’ll say you can achieve personal satisfactions when you start with the little things. May be it’s starting to work out a couple of minutes everyday or that you start to control what you eat and concentrate on healthy food. Anyway you see it, I’ll say start to change your routine to encompass the little things, slowly your mindset starts to shift and hopefully we’ll start to see the world with wider eyes.
Then when it comes to the decision making, we’ve already become a very much satisfied person with our lives and it’ll be a lot easier and a lot less stressful to decide (since we’re pretty cool anyway!)

3.   On what area of life do you think that the people around you can benefit from your work.

When we start doing things that’ll pay you back generously for your effort, I think we need to know at what we’re good at. You may’ve heard people tell you that you’re good at something. Even if people haven’t told you or you’re not quite sure about it, it’s ok. In fact I believe this is the more important step, looking for your hidden potentials, I know, I know it’s a lot harder doing it than saying it but hey! We all know it’s through failure we rise up. And if we already have something we’re good at, no place for complacency because,

Excellency
That is what we’re after! ”

When we do start excel on what we have set for (of course after rigorous efforts), we’ll by then have developed a skill. These skills may prove useful to others. Or, it may fail to attract the interests of others. This is what happens on so many occasions at first it may feel like a dead end. But there’s the secret to succeeding! And right there we’re given the choice b/n the two,
a. To give up and go back to fantasizing “What if …”
b. We LEARN, from our mistakes & do it in a different way.
When we see great people, we often fail to notice the number of times they failed but had the courage to still stand up. If we’re willing to take choice number 2, we will be like them.

4.   On what do you believe that you must devote your life doing .

And here is the question we’ve been waiting for. To reduce the stress & fear of missing out, I believe we need a path to follow. It shouldn’t be drawn in detail, with us knowing what’ll happen in the chronology of our life. No one knows for certain what the future will look like. But, we do need set of values to guide as & take us the road we’re on. If we’re on the fence, as we’ve mentioned earlier, we need to take a path that
·        Gives us meaning
·        Is realistic
·        We believe is the best way we can show ourselves to the world.
And so once we’ve known ourselves, and once we’ve started our journeys which will make us dream person we want to be then I believe we’re on track to be great people, to our family, our community and even the world.
Good luck and make the most of your life!
